A visit from InnovateHer

In August 2018 we signed up to support the InnovateHer programme. It was created to help with the diversity and equality problem in tech roles.  We're taking part because it isn't a talking shop or a nod of support, it does things that are really making a difference.  Yesterday, as part of the programme, we opened our doors to 20 local pupils for training, talks and activities.  

 The students got an idea of the different roles within a digital product consultancy, had an introduction to coding and were shown how to run an ideation session.  

 They loved it, we loved having them, and we can't recommend getting involved with this programme enough.
